  1. These are some great tips. It is very stressful to travel during the holiday season and especially if you have kids. I like to bring something to keep all of us occupied while we wait for our flight or even on the plane. Luckily for me I have an iPad and it is nice for everyone. I can read and the kids can play games. We can even watch TV on it which the kids love to do. They have access to all their favorite shows through my provider DISH Network. On my employee account I have the Sling Adapter hooked up and that gives me access to all our subscription channels from anywhere we can get a 3G or Wi-Fi connection. So when our flight is delay it is nice to have that to keep the kids occupied. They love it!

  2. Thank you for your tips! We have downloaded a few cartoons on our iphones and use those to keep Bodhi entertained while traveling, and we don't have to worry about finding a wi-fi signal. 'Santa' is bringing a LeapPad for Christmas this year, so it will be interesting to see if that makes long flights a bit easier with our toddler. And it will certainly be a sigh of relief to let him play with a more kid-proof gadget.
